The Studio

The Center for Expressive Arts studio is a "must experience" space! The ambiance washes over you the minute your bare feet cross the threshold onto the smoothest 1000 sq.ft. of suspended pure maple floor. Above peaks 20ft+ ceilings, and pleasant, quiet fans for circulation, far above the arms and heads of the tallest student to Bodyflow! Your body will feel free in this spaciousness ~ then the mind simply follows.

Surrounding you are many large windows for natural light and several "trees" and plants providing the healthiest breathing atmosphere. The evening light in the studio is soothing, fully adjustable, and facilitates the inner experience. To add to your five-senses experience, the studio boasts acoustical brilliance and a phenomenal sound system. Yoga accessories are available for your additional comfort, filtered water dispenser, and two restrooms.

Because the center hosts all types of expressive body movement, there are comfortable chairs for guests who may only want to "see" what Bodybalance is all about, as well as beautiful art throughout the center. You will immediately feel the therapeutic benefits of this environment!
